Poster Guidelines

We ask that posters remain on display from Sunday, September 20, before the Welcome Reception, until Wednesday morning to maximize viewing time.

Presenter are required to be at their poster during the following poster session schedule.

• Poster session P1 and P3 will be presented on Monday, September 21 from 16:45-17:00

• Size: A0, measuring 841 mm wide x 1189 mm high
• This corresponds to 33 inches wide x 46.8 inches high
• The poster boards available onsite cannot accommodate a larger format

If you would like to have your poster printed in Sydney, TTS 2026 has partnered with Kwik Kopy Darling Harbour to provide a convenient poster printing service.

• Cost: AUD $100, including taxes, approximately USD $70

• Deadline to upload your poster: September 3
• The Zenith Hub also offers printing services for business cards and handouts.
• Poster collection: Printed posters can be collected from the Poster Service Desk in the exhibit hall at ICC Sydney on Sunday, September 20, beginning at 13:00.

• Posters must be affixed to the display boards using the materials provided by the Congress, such as double-sided tape. Mounting materials will be available onsite.
• Limit the amount of printed material as much as possible. Posters do not need to be elaborate or expensive. Supplemental information may be provided as handouts or through a QR code.
• Poster materials must be prepared in advance, and the text should be large enough to be read from a distance of at least 1 metre (3.25 feet).
• Each poster must include a top label showing the title of the paper, the authors' names and their affiliations. Title lettering should be at least one inch high.
• Keep illustrative material simple. Charts, drawings and illustrations should use bold, clear figures. Colour may be used sparingly for emphasis. Mount illustrations on reasonably stiff paper, but not heavy cardboard.
• Simple Introduction and Conclusion sections are usually helpful. When appropriate, use graphs to demonstrate qualitative relationships and tables to present precise numerical values. Photographs should have a matte rather than glossy finish.
• Please note that no audiovisual equipment will be available in the poster area.

Presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters according to the schedule above. Posters not removed by the specified time on the final day of the Congress will be removed and discarded by meeting staff. TTS cannot accept liability for lost or damaged posters and will not mail posters to authors after the Congress.
