Registration Fees
Online registration will open by March 15, 2026.
TTS 2026 is an in-person congress.
Sessions will be recorded and will be available to registrants as well as members of TTS after the congress.
Registration fees include access to scientific sessions*, exhibits, welcome reception (Sept 20), daily coffee breaks, lunches (Sept 21-23), and access to session recordings for 12 months after the congress.
10% GST is included in all registration fees listed below.

Registration Categories
Member FeesTTS, TTS Section or TSANZ members that are medical physicians, surgeons, researchers or equivalent.
Non-Members / Doctoral FeesMedical physicians, surgeons, researchers or equivalent that are not members of one of the organizing Societies.
Allied Health Professionals / Non-Doctoral FeesNurses, coordinators, laboratory scientists, psychologists, ethicists, pharmacists, etc. Delegates registered in this category will need to upload documented proof (practice license or confirmation letter from supervisor) when completing their registration.
Students, Fellows, TraineesAll those in training are eligible for these rates. Delegates registered in this category will need to upload documented proof of enrolment in a University programme or confirmation letter from supervisor, when completing their registration.
IndustryFor delegates attending on behalf of a commercial organization with business interests in transplantation or related healthcare sectors. This includes company employees (e.g., sales, marketing, business development, executives), consultants, and others participating primarily for commercial or promotional purposes.

Registration to the TTS 2026 Congress is open to all medical practitioners, researchers and allied healthcare professionals operating in the field of transplantation and associated disciplines. Registration is vetted and TTS reserves its rights to reject requests from individuals who do not match this criterion. For more information, please contact us at
All participants are required to register online.
Registration fees include access to scientific sessions*, exhibits, welcome reception (Sept 20), daily coffee breaks, lunches (Sept 21-23), and access to session recordings for 12 months after the congress.
*Some satellite sessions on Sept 20 are available for a fee.

Registration fees must be paid in full in order to access the TTS 2026 Congress.
To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be submitted on or before August 20, 2026.
Cancellation requests received on or before this date will be refunded less a processing fee of $ 75 for physicians and $ 35 for Trainees, AHP and LMIC. There will be no refunds for cancellation notices/requests received after August 20, 2026. No refunds apply for no-shows.

In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the TTS 2026 Congress to take place at the time and place provided, the delegate shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of administrative expenses incurred in connection with the TTS 2026 Congress and there shall be no further liability on the part of either party. All delegates are encouraged to obtain adequate coverage for travel, health and accidental insurance before they depart from their respective countries. The organizers, their suppliers or agents will not be held liable for any personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belongings to the TTS 2026 Congress delegates.
The Transplantation Society reserves the right to amend, delete and add to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Congress Policies
The TTS 2026 Congress welcomes a wide diversity of doctors, researchers, scientists, nurses, trainees, and students. Participants are expected to keep criticism constructive, and avoid personal attacks during the live Q&A sessions, in online discussion boards, virtual meeting rooms and in social media. Debate of ideas is encouraged, allowing delegates to enjoy a lively and stimulating congress.
We encourage the use of social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram) and the congress web app before, during, and after the congress in order to share information and to network with others. However, we ask all congress participants to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Whenever possible, use the hashtag #TTS2026 to discuss the congress.
- Communicate with respect and consideration for others, keeping criticism constructive.
- Blog, post or tweet about what you are hearing and learning, but refrain from sharing information when the speaker explicitly requests this. Talks are tweetable and shareable by default, but speakers can request that specific details or slides not be shared.
- Provide feedback to the congress committees, we encourage participants to post and discuss topics of interest as well as ideas for future meetings.
- Do not engage in rudeness or personal attacks.
No individual or entity - including a presenting author - may electronically record or broadcast any portion of the TTS 2026 Congress (including their own presentation) without prior written consent of the Congress. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during virtual sessions, e-posters, on-demand library, etc., without the express written consent of the Congress and individual authors is strictly prohibited. The TTS 2026 Congress reserves the rights to any approved audio and video production of presentations.
Photographing formal presentations, posters, or displays without permission of the presenter is forbidden.
