Exhibition Overview

The exhibition will be integrated with networking breaks, lunches, poster sessions, and the Welcome Reception.

Move-In

  • Sunday, 20 September 2026: 08:00-17:30

Exhibit Hours

  • Sunday, 20 September: Welcome Reception (18:30-20:30)
  • Monday–Tuesday, 21 and 22 September: 09:30-18:00
  • Wednesday, 23 September: 09:30-14:00

Move-Out

  • Wednesday, 23 September: 14:00-20:00

Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor registration includes:

  • 2 exhibitor badges per 9 sqm (100 sq ft)

Badges provide access to:

  • Exhibit hall
  • Welcome reception
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Congress materials

Registration instructions will be sent by email in April 2026.

Important Policies (Summary)

  • Proof of liability insurance is mandatory
  • All giveaways and booth entertainment require prior approval
  • Sales of goods onsite are not permitted
  • ICC Sydney house rules and safety regulations apply
