The exhibition will be integrated with networking breaks, lunches, poster sessions, and the Welcome Reception.

Exhibit Hours
- Sunday, 20 September: Welcome Reception (18:30-20:30)
- Monday–Tuesday, 21 and 22 September: 09:30-18:00
- Wednesday, 23 September: 09:30-14:00
Move-Out
- Wednesday, 23 September: 14:00-20:00

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor registration includes:
- 2 exhibitor badges per 9 sqm (100 sq ft)
Badges provide access to:
- Exhibit hall
- Welcome reception
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Congress materials
Registration instructions will be sent by email in April 2026.
Important Policies (Summary)
- Proof of liability insurance is mandatory
- All giveaways and booth entertainment require prior approval
- Sales of goods onsite are not permitted
- ICC Sydney house rules and safety regulations apply
