Congress Invitation Letters

A Congress Invitation Letter is not required to obtain an Australian visa. Once registration is complete and registration fees are paid in full, a confirmation of registration or tax invoice is sufficient to support a visa application. Registration will open in March.

In general:

• Delegates and unpaid speakers may be eligible for visitor visas (including ETA, eVisitor, or Visitor visa - Business stream)
• Exhibitors working at the Congress may require a Temporary Activity (subclass 408) or Temporary Work (subclass 400) visa
• International media and government representatives may have specific visa pathways

Participants are strongly advised to apply at least 6-8 weeks prior to travel.
